We make a REAL salad every week, full of fresh ingredients, seeds, pulses or grains - a proper meal.
Ingredients: kale with pears, apples and blue cheese served over quinoa (dairy free available)
Also this month add a - Savoury Pastry - free range pork with sweet corn, caramelised onions, and peas in puff pastry with warm spices.

Most veg is organic or home grown.
A full pot is easily enough for 2 as a side - £6.00 or a hearty meal for one. A half pot I find enough for lunch - £3.60.
