These baby sized gherkins or pepinillos are marinated in white wine vinegar with mustard seeds, silverskin onions and black peppercorns.
Small and crunchy, they marry perfectly with strong cheeses such as Manchego, cured meats and pates. They also form a key ingredient in tartare sauce.
INGREDIENTS: Gherkins (SULPHITES), vinegar, water, onions, sugar, salt, MUSTARD SEEDS, black peppercorns, natural flavouring, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Due to manufacturing methods may also contain traces of NUTS and FISH.
