"Tinned Tuna, but not as you know it". That is how I would describe Ortiz tuna. Ortiz has over 100 years

Ortiz bonito tuna (Thunnus alalunga) in Escabeche Sauce, 112g is a smallish tuna generally weighing less than 20kg. All of the fish that Ortiz buy are caught on rod and line in the Bay of Biscay and then processed by hand.
Pale pinky white, low fat with a very delicate flavour, preserved in vinaigrette, excellent for Salad Nicoise.
Ortiz Yellowfin tuna (thunnus albacares) in olive oil, 250g (This is more than double a typical Supermarket tin size) is mostly fished off the west coast of Africa by net. The flesh is a pinkish red colour it is full flavoured but not too strong.
It can be used in salads or sandwiches or is the ideal tuna to use in a classic Galician tuna empanada.
