At the moment we are only stocking one bread made with a yeasted dough, and thats the Tordu/Rustique.  Still proved for 24 hours, the Tordu is somewhere between a French country bread and a ciabatta, a long loaf that is light yet still has real taste.  Or you can have it in a more square shape and we call this a Rustique.

Ingredients:  White WHEAT flour (gluten), water, WHEATGERM (gluten), WHEAT bran (gluten), salt, yeast
