We make a REAL salad every week, full of fresh ingredients, seeds, pulses or grains - a proper meal.
Ingredients- orzo (but could be couscous depending on availability at the shops and quinoa for gluten free) with olives, sun dried tomatoes, grilled halloumi, artichoke hearts and fresh tomatoes with greens

Most veg is organic or home grown.
A full pot is easily enough for 2 as a side - £6.00 or a hearty meal for one. A half pot I find enough for lunch - £3.60.
