Each week we make a REAL salad, full of fresh ingredients, seeds, pulses or grains - a proper meal. You can have a large portion, a half portion or "half & half" - a small portion of each.

1. Watermelon Feta Salad w/ Spicy Roasted Seeds
Ingredients: baby spinach, watermelon, cucumber, shallot, feta (MILK), pumpkin, SESAME, linseed, sunflower & hemp seeds, cahilli pepper, maple syrup, lime, EV Olive oil, mint & seasoning
2. Red Rice Salad
Organic Camargue rice, stock, onions, garlic, peppers, orange juice, chilli chips, vinegar, EV olive oil, seasoning
These salads use primarily certified organic, home grown, foraged or LHStores whole foods, grains and seeds.
