When the wild garlic starts to sprout around the fields and streams of Hertfordshire, our Fiona goes foraging and we all get her gorgeous wild garlic pesto.

Ingredients: wild garlic, parmesan, walnuts, NUTS olive oil & seasoning, that’s all folks!!

The pesto can be frozen or kept fresh for three weeks once opened in the fridge.
